Product Marketing Manager

As part of an expanding commercial team, this role will be pivotal to growing our presence in the medical and scientific markets, whilst still promoting our OEM capabilities. You will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Driving forward NPD and EPD projects ensuring return on investment. You will also be responsible for managing the full communications mix, working closely with our agencies.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Technical. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the design process, ensuring seamless collaboration and innovation within the team.
Design Engineer

Contribute to the innovation and development of cutting-edge refrigeration products by assisting in their design and testing. Play a vital role in supporting production and optimising the design, fabrication, foaming, and general assembly processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our products.
QA & Compliance Manager

Oversee the continuous improvement of QA procedures, such as process reviews and product testing, to check the compliance of our products’ features with various national and international regulations.
Business Development Manager

This role will be pivotal to growing our presence in the medical and scientific markets, whilst still promoting our OEM capabilities. You will have the ability to protect and build product sales in multiple markets as well as develop new relationships where a long-term, partnership-led approach is required.
Customer Service Support

As the first point of contact for customers, you will serve as the central liaison between customers and all departments within the organisation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met efficiently and effectively.
Technical Support Engineer

This role will be the first point of contact for all technical requirements across the company. You will be the central point between the customer, the technical department, production and customer service. This role will be a mixture of office and field base.
