Often deployed in harsh environments with high ambient temperatures and high humidity, they offer excellent reliability and resistance to corrosion.

Their unique design and superior insulation mean they are able to maintain vaccines at the correct temperature and for over 72 hours without power.

Our experienced design team can assist in all stages of the design process, from developing ideas into initial concepts, 2D and 3D cad design, prototyping, design verification and testing and eventually manufacturing.

We can assist with thermal modelling in order to specify insulation levels and cooling system requirements.

Custom made tooling can be designed and produced at relatively low cost and our flexible polyurethane capabilities mean we can produce in small to medium batches.

We can offer a range of finishes such as pre-coated or painted steel, stainless steel and we can apply branding if required.

We build products across a range of voltages and frequencies such as 230V 60Hz, 110-115 Volts 50/60Hz and 12/24V DC.
